This Shipping Policy applies to all orders shipped from our facility in China to customers worldwide. We offer multiple international shipping options, ranging from economy delivery to express courier services, so you can choose the method that best suits your budget and time‑sensitivity needs.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST on business days, or on weekends / public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

  • Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year).


2. International Shipping Options (From China)

Below is an overview of our available shipping methods for delivery outside mainland China. Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the order date.

*Limited tracking means tracking may be available within China and major hubs, but updates can be sporadic once the parcel leaves China. Express courier services provide full end‑to‑end visibility.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  • Weight (actual weight vs. volumetric / dimensional weight for large but light packages)

  • Dimensions (length + width + height)

  • Destination country / region

  • Selected shipping method

For large commercial orders (express, air freight, or sea freight), we recommend contacting our team directly to obtain a custom freight quote.

Free Shipping Offer (if applicable):

We offer free shipping via Economy Air Mail on orders over [USD $X / EUR €X / GBP £X] . This threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal before shipping, taxes, and duties.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Please be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer (consignee) and are not included in the product price or shipping fee, unless otherwise stated.

  • Customs authorities may hold a shipment for inspection, which can cause delivery delays beyond our control. We are not able to predict or influence customs processing timelines.

  • Prohibited / restricted items: Certain products (e.g., lithium batteries exceeding specified limits, liquids over 100ml, perishable goods, etc.) may be refused by customs or require specific documentation. By placing an order, you confirm that the items are permissible for import into your country.

  • If you refuse to pay customs charges and the package is abandoned, we will not be able to issue a refund for the order.

Recommendation: For a hassle‑free experience, you may request Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping at checkout, where duties and taxes are included in your order total and paid upfront. Otherwise, shipments will be sent Delivered At Place (DAP), meaning all import charges are payable by you upon delivery.


5. Tracking

  • tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • For Economy Air Mail shipments with limited tracking, tracking updates may cease once the parcel leaves China. In such cases, please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting support.

  • For Express Courier shipments (DHL, FedEx, UPS), full real‑time tracking is available via the carrier‘s website.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost packages: If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbors or local postal authorities. If the issue remains unresolved after 5 business days, contact our support team.

  • Damaged items: Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If damage is found, take clear photographs of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s), and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Delayed shipments: Delivery estimates are provided as a general guide. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier operational issues, or other force majeure events. We are not liable for such delays.


7. Restricted Shipping Destinations

We currently do not ship to the following countries / regions (examples – adjust as needed):

We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO / FPO addresses, or freight forwarders due to customs documentation requirements.


8. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy for information on how to return an item. Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the original shipping fee paid is generally non‑refundable.
